Shipping within Australia is calculated at the checkout within your shopping cart.
It is based on your location, size and weight of your package.

International shipping

Australia is remote from the rest of the world, with postage being unpredictable in its pricing and lead times.

International shipping is calculated on the size and weight of the parcel to be sent.
Postage is calculated within your shopping cart.

Please note that all taxes, duties, quarantine fees and other such charges related to the import of items into your country are to be borne by the purchaser.
ebony artPlay is in no way liable for such fees or charges.

Please choose your interactive sculptures carefully, as pricing to return unwanted goods cannot be absorbed.

30 Days to Return

In the unlikely event you should not be satisfied with your ebony artPlay piece, you can return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, less postage.
Please note that all returned pieces must be in fully re-sellable condition, and ascertaining this is completely
at the discretion of ebony artPlay.
